Today, as a result of studying types and aspects of corruption, areas of the fight against corruption, it became clear that the main objective of the fight against corruption in state institutions - the formation of impatience to all manifestations of corruption in the society.
Currently, social media and social networks often cover events that demonstrate the creation of a culture of combating corruption. Our society has developed a strong opinion that in the fight against corruption more important results are achieved by the people, not the police. This is the main result of today's fight against corruption.
Our country has achieved good results in the prevention of the prerequisites of corruption. The principle of "single window" on providing public service has successfully being implemented through “Public Service Centers” and the portal of “e-gov”. There was found the connection between the people and the government. In subsequent years, on behalf of the Head of the State, after the examination and optimization of public services, they will all be available in one place on the principle of "one window".
Strengthening public control over all components of state power is the main purpose of the special program in such political structures as the National Democratic Party "Nur Otan".
This year has been adopted the law "On Public Council", designed to create an accountable government and to strengthen the role of a citizen in society. Within the framework of this law, public authorities are obliged to consider opinions and suggestions of citizens on public interest issues.
Currently, the government deliberately limits its functions and increases the activity in the decision-making through the involvement of local people in the solution of problems. By 2020, the dependence of local akims and maslikhats to the center will be decreased, they will become the main political figures with their own budget and will give reports only to the people. In this way will be implemented the main measures to curb corruption in Kazakhstan.
